Attendance

In our school regularity and attendance of the student must be 95% attendance mandatory.

In case of illness that too with strong evidence and certificate of a doctor, exemption can be given only.

On National Festivals attendance is compulsory. In case of absence on these days heavy fine will be imposed. Prior permission should be taken for absence.

To remain absent advance leave application duly signed by the Parents/guardian is to be submitted for permission. Telephonic information Can be sent but application too is to be submitted the day the child joins the school after the absence.

Half Day leave is not allowed. But in unavoidable circumstances, after the prior permission of the principal it can be granted the parents themselves come to pick the child up.

The student will be allowed to attend the classes after sickness only on producing certificate of the doctor.

To remain absent before the vacation and after the vacation is not allowed. It may lead to strict action of even strucking the student's name off the school roll.

Being absent without permission of the principal is sufficient reason for expulsion from the school.

The Photographs required for participation in any competition or for any school document must be in school uniform.
